Prof. Qiang he received his Ph.D. degree in computer application technology from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 2020. From 2018 to 2019, he worked as a visiting PhD researcher at the School of Computer Science and Technology, Nanyang Technical University, Singapore. He is currently an Associate Professor at the College of Medicine and Biological Information Engineering, Northeastern University, Shenyang, China. His research interests include machine learning, social network analytics, data mining, healthcare, and infectious disease informatics. He has published more than 40 journal articles and conference papers, including in IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Cloud Computing, IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems, and IEEE Transactions on Cognitive and Developmental Systems.
